- Check-In and Check-Out
Guests can check in from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM, while check-out is required by 10:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
- Age Requirement
The minimum check-in age is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Deposits & Payments
Payment is typically required at check-in. A refundable security deposit may apply to cover incidental charges. The motel accepts most major credit and debit cards; cash payments are accepted at management’s discretion.
- Smoking Policy
Budget Motel Orlando is a non-smoking property. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
- Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at Budget Motel Orlando. Only certified service animals are accepted in accordance with ADA guidelines.
- Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome; however, the property does not provide extra beds or cribs. Occupancy limits must be respected for safety reasons.
- Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 24–48 hours before check-in, depending on the room type and rate. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a one-night charge.
